Designed especially for dry and sensitive skin types is the Anthelios UVMune 400 Hydrating Suncream Tinted SPF50 (50ml) from La Roche-Posay.

Boasting the Mexoryl400 filter (the brand's special sun filter that defends against ultra-long UV rays), this nourishing sunscreen offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. Hydrating and lightweight in texture, it's resistant to water, sweat and sand, plus it doesn't leave behind any stickiness. If that wasn't enough, this sun superstar delivers a subtle pigment that blurs uneven skin tone and prevents any white streaks from being left behind. Ticking all of our boxes, this is heading straight into our baskets...

For daily usage and sun exposure. Apply the sunscreen product just before exposure. Reapply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after perspiring or towelling.

Powered by the brand's not-so-secret ingredient, discovered in the 14th century, La Roche-Posay uses the soothing nature of thermal spring water to reveal simple and efficient solutions for your skin's most sensitive issues. A case in point? The Anthelios UVMune 400 Hydrating Suncream Tinted SPF50 (50ml), a nourishing formula that acts as both daily protection against UVA and UVB rays and a complexion hero.

Too orange for me but lovely
    3 out of 5 stars
The formula is fantastic: I have very dry rosacea skin and I cannot use just anything but this suncream is hydrating enough (always on top of all my layers, including moisturiser but it doesn't dry me out), and has not irritated me in any way. It's easy to apply if your skin is well hydrated underneath (otherwise you get patches), it has a lovely fragrance, the dispenser is perfect for the consistency of the product... But it's orange. Very hard to explain the shade but maybe look for Pantone's 157 orange, that will give you a clue. It's always a risk, of course, to get a tinted SPF, but the brand and this formula were worth it. This time it just didn't pay off but I'm mixing it with another suncream I have that leaves a very white cast and I apply them to my décolleté, so at least I won't waste them. Finding a good suncream is not easy, is it?

    Holy grail sunscreen
    5 out of 5 stars
This tinted sunscreen has become my Number 1 summer holy grail! I don't even wear foundation in the summer anymore, just this sunscreen as my base, my makeup goes on top of this flawlessly.
