I recently bought this lotion before my trip to costa Rica and I want to say it works! I am giving 4 stars because at times I did double up with proper bug spray depending on where we were, but for the dinners out where I forgot, I managed to get through the nights bite free. The only bites I got were when I forgot to put anything on. I'm scent sensitive and the scent didn't bother me. It smells a bit bug lotiony, but it's quite mild and not off-putting. will use again.

I love this one! It smells amazing, not at all like the typical anti bug bite smell. It smells more like sandelwood, it reminds me of incense sticks. And it works good too.

Lovely texture and seems to work. I normally combine it with a citronella bracelet. I really like the smell, but it could be a bit strong for some people. 

Good product and I didn’t get bitten however I also used DEet.  It was pleasant smelling
