Searching for a luxurious face cream that’s rich in glow-giving benefits minus the sticky residue? Step forth Biossance’s Squalane and Vitamin C Rose Moisturiser. It’s packed with antioxidants to provide ultimate protection for your skin, while boosting luminosity and elasticity.
This innovative vegan-friendly formula is powered by fermented lemon peel — a natural alternative to leading brightening ingredients to promote radiance while balancing skin tone and preventing future discolouration. Vitamin C works to improve elasticity, while super hydrator squalane restores suppleness (yes, we’re talking baby soft results). Take a moment when applying it to appreciate the subtle floral scent – it’s derived from damascus rose extract, a multi-tasker that’s also behind your skin’s newfound glow.

Really effective vitamin C formula
The effectiveness (brighter, evened out skin tone) is on par with a targeted serum, making it a good choice for days when I want to cut down the number of steps in my routine. The moisturizing effect is good, might not be enough for more dehydrated and/or very dry skin. The smell - yeah, it's unpleasant the first few seconds, but it doesn't linger. I have to cut down one star because it does detract from the overall experience, and as a moisturizer, it's just not my first choice on those days when my skin needs a lot of hydration and TLC.

Between 3 and 4 stars rating - nice cream, but it smells??
I've tried quite a number of Biossance products and have noticed that all of their creams have a distinctive smell to it. Imagine a perfume of parmesan cheese with a hint of anchovy. Luckily the scent doesn't stick for a long time after you apply it. The cream itself is wonderful, very moisturizing and they use the same vitamin C as Sunday Riley (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate), which is currently the most stable form of vitamin C on the market. I'm rating this in between 3 and 4 stars, love the cream, hate the smell. Would not buy it again because of the smell.

Very nice moisturising cream for cold season
It has a very smooth texture, it feels light on the skin, but also rich, therefore I think it goes well in the autumn and winter time. It has a subtle smell of roses. The package is also quite thoughtfully done. All in all I really like it, but in comparison to another Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (vit C) cream I gave one star less. But it has nice, nutritionous ingredients like vit e and squalane.

Mixed feelings
I really like Biossance products, but this one is not the best. It is a good moisturizer, but it has a strange smell. Like of rotten roses. It looks like the rose oil, but the smell is totally different. the rose oil has a fresh rose smell. I do put the rose oil afterwards to cover the smell of this moisturizer. I won't buy again.

Nice
Nice cream! The original squalan version has a bit thicker consistency but this is great for summer, as its a bit lighter and has vitamin c.

Nice!
The Biossance Squalane and Vitamin C Rose Moisturizer is truly delightful. Its dewy texture effortlessly hydrates my skin, leaving it feeling wonderfully moisturized. However, I recommend being cautious not to layer it with too many other products, as it may cause some pilling issues. Despite that, the moisturizer works wonders on its own and brings a radiant glow to my complexion.
