I love adding goji berries, chrysanthemum to hot water, this helps with hydration and boosts the immune system. And on nights where I've got more time - I love a mugwort-soaked bath, as this really helps me unwind, relax and release any tension in my body to allow me to enjoy a good night's sleep!”
As for introducing TCM into to your beauty regime? It’s just as easy. “In the evening, give yourself five minutes to unwind before doing your PM routine. I would then cleanse using Muihood’s Good Chi cleanser. Next, with the Tao essence sitting on the skin, give yourself a facial massage with a gua sha spoon to stimulate blood circulation. And if like me you’re normally working on screens all day, focus on the eyes and in between the brows to helps reduce puffiness and tension.”
