Great makeup remover
I actually think this is a really great makeup remover if used correctly. You definitely need to use a flannel to remove it, which should be used when removing makeup anyway. I take a pump and a half and massage all over my face, I then wet my hands and continue massaging, the oil turns almost cream-like and has a resistance to it, the product doesn't just disappear, it gets thicker. It removes every scrap of my makeup, is fuss free and has good ingredients. I follow up with another oil or balm cleanser.

Doesn't wow me
As a makeup remover, it does the job very well. Like the other reviews, I noticed that there's a lot of slip to the oil which makes it great for a long facial massage but for the price. I thought it'll feel more luxe in texture. It has to be used with a flannel and I advise against emulsifying it. As a second cleanse, it still works too but perhaps I've been very used to essential-oil-based cleansing oils, the entire experience just didn't feel luxe and calming to me. Top points for efficacy but for the price I'm paying, I expected a bit more.

Good for massaging the skin but it does not emulsify
Overall I think this is a nice oil. It works well for removing makeup and giving your skin a good massage. However, I was hoping the oil would emulsify to make the cleansing process in the morning a bit quicker but it doesn't. I think the best way to remove it is with a muslin cloth.

so so
A bit disappointed by this product. I was super intrigued when I saw the video. But., t's super oily and after using it, you can feel the oil in your fingers and unfortunately on your face. It's slightly better when you use a flannel. I think I will use it for the body. I will stick with the dermadoctor c kakadu cleanser, same price and has done wonders so far!
