What changes are being made on 18th December 2024?
As of Wednesday 18th December 2024, you will be required to spend £100 on www.cultbeauty.co.uk or €100 on www.cultbeauty.com within a 12-month period to automatically be enrolled in Cult Status and start earning Status Points. The spend across both sites is not linked and cannot be transferred. It is based on your final total order value once any promotional codes are applied and does not include shipping costs.
Once you are enrolled in Cult Status, you’ll begin earning Status Points that can be converted into credit. If you are already in Level One, Level Two or Level Three of the Cult Status loyalty programme, you will not be impacted by these changes and will continue to earn Status Points as you currently do.
In addition to this, there will only be three Cult Status Levels under the below names:
0 – 249 Status Points = Bronze (previously Level One)
250 – 999 Status Points = Silver (previously Level Two)
1000+ Status Points = Gold (previously Level Three)
This will not impact any current perks associated with Level One, Level Two or Level Three.
If you are currently in the Cult Status Level, you will now only start earning Status Points once you have spent £100/€100 within a 12-month period. Once you have spent £100/€100, you will enter Bronze (previously Level One) and begin earning Status Points. Once you have earned 100 Status Points, you will unlock a £5/€5 reward, and will continue to unlock £5/€5 credit for every subsequent 100 Status Points earned. You can view your progress by selecting My Account followed by My Rewards.
Your Level will be valid for 12 months. If you do not meet the qualifying Status Points total to remain within the lowest Level (Bronze), you will automatically be removed from Cult Status and will no longer earn Status Points. Once you have spent £100/€100 within a 12-month period, you will enter Cult Status and begin earning Status Points again.
How do I join Cult Status?
You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new Cult Beauty account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to Cult Status.
We recommend that you opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your Cult Status account.

How do I earn Status Points?
As of Wednesday 18th December 2024, you will only start earning Status Points once you have spent £100/€100 within a 12-month period and been enrolled in Cult Status. Once you have been enrolled, you’ll earn one Status Point for every £1 you spend on www.cultbeauty.co.uk and one Status Point for every €1 you spend on www.cultbeauty.com (excluding shipping fees). If you are already in Level One, Two or Three of Cult Status, you will not be impacted.
For every 100 Status Points you’ll earn £5 credit on www.cultbeauty.co.uk, and €5 credit on www.cultbeauty.com. If you shop across both sites, your Status Points will not be linked and cannot be transferred between sites.
Cult Status supports all available currencies. The value of Status Points will be based on the GBP value of a product on www.cultbeauty.co.uk and the EUR value of a product on www.cultbeauty.com, even if you’re shopping in another currency.
Status Points will be added to your account once your order has been shipped.
Will I earn Status Points on all my purchases?
Once you are enrolled in Cult Status, all orders are eligible for Status Points. If you shop across www.cultbeauty.co.uk and www.cultbeauty.com, the total Status Points earned on each site will be separate and cannot be combined or transferred. If you place an order using Guest Checkout, you will not earn Status Points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account later.

Status Points will not be issued for any shipping costs or for the purchase of any Cult Beauty gift-vouchers. Free gifts including Cult Beauty Goody Bags are not eligible for Status Points.
If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the Status Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied.
Please note if we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn Status Points.
How can I see my Status Points balance?
You can view your Status Points balance by signing into Cult Beauty, selecting My Account followed by My Rewards. If you’ve recently made an order, your Status Points or progress bar will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.

When do my Status Points expire?
What happens to my Status Points if I return an order?
If you return an order, the Status Points you earned on that order will be removed from your account.
If you’ve redeemed Loyalty credit on an order which you subsequently return, the credit will be reissued to your account.
What Rewards can I earn?
Once you are enrolled in Cult Status, for every 100 Status Points you earn, you’re eligible for £5 credit on www.cultbeauty.co.uk and €5 credit on www.cultbeauty.com. Credit increases in increments of 5, as illustrated below:
100 Status Points = £5/€5 Credit
200 Status Points = £10/€10 Credit
300 Status Points = £15/€15 Credit
400 Status Points = £20/€20 Credit
500 Status Points = £25/€25 Credit
1000 Status Points = £50/€50 Credit
To add credit to your account, log in to your Cult Beauty account, within My Account select My Rewards and convert your Status Points into credit.
How do I spend my credit?
When you’re ready to spend your credit, fill your shopping bag and head to checkout. You’ll have the option to select Account Credit as one of your payments methods.
You can save you credit for up to 30 days after you’ve converted it. You can view your credit balance by signing into your Cult Beauty account here and heading to Account Credit under the Account Settings.
When does my credit expire?
You have 30 days to redeem your credit, make sure you only convert it when you’re ready to shop!
Expired credit cannot be reissued.
How does Cult Status work for International Customers?
Cult Status is available to all International customers via www.cultbeauty.co.uk and www.cultbeauty.com.
If you’re shopping in a different currency, you’ll still receive credit when you earn 100 Status Points.
Status Points are always based on the GBP value of a product if you’re shopping on www.cultbeauty.co.uk and the EUR value of a product if you’re shopping on www.cultbeauty.com.
Loyalty Credit is available in all eleven currencies offered on www.cultbeauty.co.uk and www.cultbeauty.com. Once converted, Loyalty Credit cannot be exchanged to a different currency, therefore you must convert your Status Points in the currency you wish to redeem it.
The value of Loyalty Credit is determined by the applicable conversion rate and may be subject to change.

Where is Cult Status available?
Customers will start earning Status Points on orders placed from these dates.
What’s my Cult Status Level?
Your Status Points balance determines your Cult Status Level:
0 – 99 Status Points = Cult Status
100 – 249 Status Points = Level One
250 – 999 Status Points = Level Two
1000+ Status Points = Level Three
Levels are valid for 12 months from the date you entered that Level.

How do I maintain my Level?
Your Cult Status Level will be valid for 12 months from the date you entered that Level. During this 12-month period, you’ll need to earn the qualifying number of Status Points to remain in that Level, or you’ll risk being moved down a Level.
To maintain Level One, you need to earn a minimum of 100 Status Points
To maintain Level Two you need to earn a minimum of 250 Status Points
To maintain Level Three you need to earn a minimum of 1000 Status Points
If you do not meet the qualifying Status Points total within 12 months, you will automatically be moved down a Level(s). If you’re opted-in to our marketing communications, we will email you a reminder before your Level expiration date.
Please note you may also move down a Level due to a refund.
When will I receive my birthday reward?
To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted-in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account at least 14 days before your birthday. To check if we’ve got your birthday please click here.
If we don’t have your date of birth at least 14 days before your birthday we will be unable to send you your code.
We aim to email you with your exclusive reward 7 days before your birthday. We’ll also send you reminders as we know how busy your inbox can be!
How do I redeem my birthday reward?
The code to redeem your birthday reward will be displayed in your birthday email from Cult Beauty, and in any birthday reminders we send you throughout the month.
This code is redeemable once at any point during your birthday month. Enter the code during checkout to apply it to your basket.
I haven’t received my birthday reward, what do I do?
We can only send you your exclusive birthday code if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account at least 14 days before your birthday. If we don’t have your birthday at least 14 days before we will be unable to send you your code. To check if we’ve got your birthday please click here.

How do I receive Free Standard Delivery?
If you are in Silver (previously Level Two) onwww.cultbeauty.co.uk you’ll receive Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders. The cost of Standard Delivery will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
How do I receive Free Next Day Delivery?
If you are in Gold (previously Level Three) on www.cultbeauty.co.uk you’ll receive Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders. The cost of Next Day Delivery will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
If you are in Gold (previously Level Three) on www.cultbeauty.com you’ll receive a €10 delivery saving on every order. This will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
How do I earn Status Points for leaving a product review?
You’ll earn 10 Status Points for every product review you submit. The review must correspond to a product in your order history purchased after 1st November 2021. Reviews submitted on products purchased before 1st November 2021 will not be eligible. The Status Points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours of your review being verified. A maximum of 10 reviews per month will earn Status Points.
