Beauty is something you can touch, you can feel, you can bring it into your life. Playing with your look, playing with your identity – it’s the transformation that’s so addictive and fun.
I always put a little bit of a bronzer, a little bit of a blush or highlighter.
It makes me feel more confident about myself – it makes me feel ready.
Make up is a form of armour, it doesn’t have to be that thing of – it’s a mask or it’s to cover anything up. It can also be a to enhance what you’re feeling in that moment. This is how I want the world to see me.
The emotion that make up makes me feel is carefree, I feel like anyone and everyone can wear make up, no matter how much or little you wear.
Now I’m over 50, It’s certainly not a time to stop wearing glitter, if anything it’s the time to start.
one of the things I love about Make up – that you don’t have to conform to any sort of ‘standard’ if you don’t want to... and you can just trial and experiment and it’s just fun!
