Step 1: In the morning, apply Step 1 to clean, dry skin in circular motions from forehead to neck. Wait two minutes before applying Step 2.
Step 2: Use same technique as Step 1, continuing until pad feels dry. Do not rinse or use products containing alcohol.

I do not like the excessive wasteful packaging, the ingredients are pretty harsh (lot of alcohol...), and the price is crazy. BUT: they transform my skin overnight. I am 40plus, acne-prone with occasional breakouts. These pads really deliver results, for smoother skin and clear pores. Just use 2 times a week PM.
