Phelityl Pre-Cleansing Oil: Pour a dime-size drop of Phelityl Pre-Cleansing Oil into the palm and smooth over the face. Follow with your prescribed cleansing bar. Sea Mud Deep Cleansing Bar: Gently massage the wet bar over the face, then massage the face and neck with the fingertips. Follow with Erno Laszlo's Splashing Technique. Fill the basin with comfortably hot water - splash your face with the water from the basin, the bar and the pre-cleansing oil combine to create a treatment water - splash twenty times. Drain the basin and re-fill with fresh, hot water. Splash ten more times to thorough rinse the skin, eliminate toxins, stimulate blood flow and encourage optimal cell function. Pat dry gently with a clean towel or face cloth. Skin will be deeply cleansed and ready to receive the full benefits of toning and moisturising.
