If following with your BEAR 2 (sold separately), leave a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the areas of skin you wish to treat. Turn on your BEAR 2 by pressing the universal button. Then slowly glide upward over the legs, buttocks, abs and arms, as desired. Once finished, pat any remaining serum into skin.
