I’ve actually grew up with the concept using rose water for everything from the kitchen to skin care This was kind of nostalgic, the kept the scent of the pure rose water without masking it with any other perfume .. it’s water so has soon as you put it on your face it’s going to dry pretty fast, it’s a very lightweight toner which for me is great since I don’t like heavy products on my skin
