Gorgeous setting spray

Setting spray does not hold on to makeup evenly
I tried using under over and in various amounts. And depending on technique I either saw no extended longevity of makeup or by end of day it would cling on the makeup in a very patchy way, I'd rather wear no setting spray and have it fade out evenly than have that patchy look. Also maybe because my foundation is already very blurring I saw no blur or 'soft focus' effect on top

I try so many one, even the most hyped, but I was not impressed, the one was to sticky and glossy, the other dry my skin out, I never tought that I will find a holy grail.. but this is it. It is a very fine mist, so I think it is importent that you can spray it evenly, in a very thin layer. It does not dry my skin, but won't be sticky, tacky either, it hydrates in a very nice way. The finish is NATURAL. It is unique for me, because every setting spray was glossy, or drying. It holds my makeup quite well (but if I have t use a bulletproof one, it is still the All Nighter, but that is drying me a bit) so I love it and I do not want to spend my money to try others, I know it is pricey, but my journey to find the right one was more expensive.

I am not sure why I don't like it
I have purchased this product by reading reviews and watching recommendations from beauty bloggers, Unfortunately, it just does everything worse for me - always makes my makeup look messy. Other brands (M.., CT) setting sprays do magic, but not this one. I like the spraying mechanism, but that's all. Even simple toners are much better than this one. I am not sure why it doesn't work for me. Love the brand so much, never been disappointed, it also has so many beautiful reviews, wondering if maybe I am just doing something wrong - however, after testing it at least 5 times, I have lost hope. I am 44 years old, with normal skin
