Crystal Retinal 6 (30ml): After cleansing in the evening, massage a small amount of Crystal Retinal across the face, neck and decolletage. Allow to absorb before applying your moisturiser. Crystal Retinal application should be phased in gradually, and only use in the evening. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. Always wear sunscreen the following morning while using this product, and for one week after.
Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye 6 (15ml): After cleansing in the evening, apply Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye around the eye area, avoiding eyelids. Application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. You should always use a sunscreen in the morning while using vitamin A.

As someone who loves Medik8’s products in general this kit was a match made in heaven for me when wanting to try out a Retinal. I was used to my Murad retinol cream when I discovered this, and it trumps! Visible effects on pores, lines and wrinkles. I am a bit less convinced by the efficacy on skin firmness. Despite the higher tolerance than the Murad cream, it is a bit too strong for my skin: I get redness and irritations when I use it daily.

Really potent products. They have smoothed out my wrinkles while not flaring up my rosacea. I have I send them alone at night or paired with the medik8 night cream. I have oily skin and they are a bit dehydrating when used alone. Some acne and pimples have purged out during the first week, leaving place to a smooth skin soon afterwards.
