Long gone are the days when our fave products did one thing well and one thing only. Milk Makeup’s Blur Stick is a multi-tasking hero; it minimises the appearance of pores, it helps makeup glide on smoothly, combats shine and secures makeup in place throughout the day… Phew. Weightless and oh-so smooth, the hardworking primer uses blurring microsphere technology to reduce visible pore size, fine lines and blemishes – so basically, it’s like a real-life FaceTune. Perfect for all skin tones, it’s gorgeous worn alone as a ‘your skin but better’ base or will give your make up an extra dose of staying power.
Milk Makeup’s Blur Stick has been worshipped across the beauty world with good reason. Delivering an airbrushed soft-focus effect, the primer contains powder-filled blurring microspheres which grant a pore-reducing, fine line-busting, blemish-smoothing finish. The clever technology even smooths over blemishes and imperfections, leaving you with a fresh canvas to apply your make up to. Speaking of which, the product helps your make up look immaculate and stay put for longer. A great pick for normal to oily skin, the Blur Stick banishes excess shine and mattifies skin – T-zone, we’re looking at you. Blemish-prone skin types need not fear breakouts either as the formula is silicone-free, paraben-free and non-comedogenic, meaning that it won’t clog pores. Add to that its cruelty-free and 100% vegan credentials, and it’s no wonder this Holy Grail primer has taken the beauty realm by storm.

not impressed
got it in a Goody Bag. I apply it to places where there are visible pores. So that it does not grab, it should be applied immediately after cream until it is absorbed. Otherwise, it pills. Absolutely useless thing.

Никакой ***No
Может забить поры, скататься, макияж плохо ложиться. Непонятная база ***It can clog pores and roll up, makeup does not go well. Incomprehensible base.

Mattifies a little
Does not help with blurring pores at all. It only helps to mattify in the moment.

Amazing
I love this stuff. Makes skin look glowing and beautiful. Great for putting on before make up but also great to wear on it's own if you want to look like you're photo-shopped in real life. Love it.

It’s terrible
It wouldn’t stay put and my makeup looks patchy with such a base. I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Ok
I found this works well to smooth fine lines under my eyes and pores on my nose for a short period of time, but will eventually slide and the lines will look worse than ever. So for short term wear, I would still recommend, but not an use every day item when you need your make up to last.

It works
The trick is to layer and apply it correctly. When applied on dry skin it does blur the pores and the skin tone out and is pretty good on its own, keeps skin matte and poreless. Wait a couple of minutes and then apply the tone (pressing, not swiping). The result is the same as with Tacha primer when used similarly. The problem for me with this kind of product is the point of it. I need to wear SPF at all times which never dries completely and when this primer mixes with the sunscreen product it gets cakey in an hour. I have dry skin and apply this primer only to the center of the face and it does crease when mixed with SPF products. Worn alone it, looks very good for a long time but provides no sun protection. I do not really see the need for primers in everyday life. A good BB cream is all that's needed.

No difference
I got it as part of the Goody Bag and unfortunately, I only see minimal difference on my skin - my skin is oily so if yours is the same, do yourself a favour and don't waste time on this.

Pointless
I don't know what this is supposed to do but it does nothing. There's no coverage and no 'blurring', in fact, all it did was collect in pores and creases and make me look worse than if I was wearing nothing at all. I've tried it a few times now - on its own or as a primer and it's now gone in the bin. Don't waste your money.

Uhhhh
I got it in my Goody Bag, and happy not to buy it by myself as it makes my skin dry. And I don’t see any reason to use this for my make up routine.
