No real difference
I have used olaplex 3 with and without this product but I didn’t really notice a difference between the two. Some people may have a better result with using olaplex 0 but this won’t be a repurchase for me.

Prefer after shampoo treatments
Tried this one, but it seams I prefer after shampoo treatments, since I have the impression you wash all of the restoring components out with washing your hair.

Boosts nr 3
For me, this is a miracle worker that boosts Olaplex nr 3 considerably. Also, it makes it easier to use nr 3 - I don't wash my hair before as I use nr 0 as a primer on dry hair that cuts through some little styling products in my hair, keep it for 10-20 min and add nr 3. Have dehydrated bleached highlighted hair and have used this combo for 5 years once a week.. makes my hair much stronger, less prone to breakage. I see the difference every time, when i go without for a month.

I got the builder spray treatment with the mask and oil, out of them all, I find this one the least effective. The spray nozzle is like a spray gun.. so even distribution is impossible.. but I mean you can take out your enemies with how strong it is 😂 .. also it smells more chemical than I could tolerate.. am still going to use it but I dont see my self repurchasing this .. even if it works , there are other alternatives that I would rather use with the same if not better results

After comparing how my hair looks like after using both Olaplex 0 and 3, and only Olaplex 3, I realised that there isn’t so much difference to justify adding this 0 product. Maybe worth considering if you have extremely damaged hair at the moment.
