Looking for a one-stop piece of equipment that'll help you get toned from biceps to buttocks? Meet the p.3: a total-body workout system that uses resistance training to engage your muscles.
Our hunt for at-home fitness favourites - ones that are suitable no matter the size or style of your space - led us to P.volve: a studio rooted in physical therapy and functional fitness that made their innovative equipment available to their growing community.
The pièce de résistance (excuse the pun) of their range, this p.3 full-body toning system works from ankle to hand (it has two ankle straps and an attachable handle) to effectively engage even hard-to-reach muscles. The resistance trainer can be used in many different ways - from the diagonal pull to the knee driver and side-lying leg extension - and is a major asset to anyone following the P.volve method. Complete with a long and short band, you can use this equipment to target your lower and upper body, respectively. It even comes with an attachable 1.5lb ball to take your movements to the next level.
1x 1.5lb Ball: Silicone+Steel Core+1cm Webbing+2 D-Rings; 1x Tubing W/Carabiners 68cm, Printed With "Short"; 1x Tubing W/Carabiners 74cm, Printed With "Long"; 2x Ankle Strap W/Logo Patch; 1x Handle W/EVA Foam And Plastic Tube
For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.
Movements with the p.3 can be done both standing or on the p.mat. The weighted ball, however, is only recommended for work on the floor for the safest, most effective workouts.
When using the ball overhead, use your forefinger and thumb around the notch to secure your grip. When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip.
Adjust the ankle strap as needed to allow it to move properly. The longer cord is not recommended for those over 5'9". The shorter cord will add more resistance if desired.
