Pushing youthfulness off its pedestal, 19/99 Beauty affirms that beauty is ageless. Whether you're 19 or 99, co-founders Stephanie Spence and Camille Katona set out to create performance-oriented products for those who aren't concerned about what is considered 'age-appropriate.' Producing beauty staples that harness hard-working ingredients, the brand dreams up the Precision Colour Pencil (1.1g), a multipurpose formula that adds a pop of colour to any look, whether that be on your eyes, face or lips.
19/99 Beauty's Precision Colour Pencil (1.1g) is pining for a spot in your make up bag.
Designed to be used as an all-over face colour, you can scribble it on your cheeks (yes, you read that right), glide it over your lips or define your lids. Boasting a highly pigmented formula, it leaves a creamy matte finish in its wake. Though it's creamy enough to be a lipstick and blendable enough to be used as a blush, its precision tip allows you to draw graphic lines. Plus, it's available in an array of neutral to bright shades; the hard part is picking where to start...

Shade Vas
I have quite a few 19/99 eye and lip pencils, I really love this brand and was so happy to find the limited edition shade Vas available on CB. It’s a really great shade for my cool tone skin and light grey/blue eyes. Great for a sexy evening smokey eye or a subtle day time emphasis. It’s similar to VB Ash but just a little darker - perfect!

Review for the shade Bor
This is pricey for what it is but the shade Bor is absolutely stunning. I was trying to look into something similar to Victoria Beckham Beauty Eye pencil in Burgundy, and I believe I have found it in this shade. It is creamy but not too smudgy, simply perfect.

Not for me
The shade (Wasser) is beautiful, and while the brand does not claim that the formula would be long-lasting or smudge proof, it really is neither. It does not set and it blends into nothing.

Changed formula
I first received this pencil in colour Neutra as a gift in a goodie bag and it immediatley became my favourite lip pencil. Now I ordered a second one, but I was dissapointed to find out, that it is not same as before. I see that the manufacturing country changed from China to Italy, which seems like a good move. But the both the color and formula are different. Old pencil was more "dry", yet very comfortable to wear and longlasting. New formula is more creamy and color is more saturated. I liked the old one much better.

My HG lip liner
So creamy and the shade 'Neutra' goes so well with my skin tone and favorite nude lipsticks.

Don't understand the hype?
I got a brown pencil in my advent calendar. I don't understand how people can say it's soft? I found it to be quite difficult to apply. The texture is dry and transfers poorly on eyelids with eyeshadow on. I hate such kind of kayals that hurt my eye lids! they might be soft when swatching on hands but not more than that. I'll give it a try once again but unfortunately, money down the drain...

Best Lip Pencils
I don't know how 19/99 isn't Tik Tok famous. Buttery, smooth and beautiful and creative colours. It is worth the coin.

The only thing my mom can wear
My mother has had very sensitive eyes her entire life, but the last couple of years it has been one conjunctivitis after another, so much so she had to give up on eye make up entirely. She really misses it so I tried getting her pretty much every khol on the market and every single one irritated her poor eyes. Enter this one, purchased at random: no irritation at all. She's so happy about it which makes me even more so. So glad I found it for her.

Best eye pencil
Got this in a trialbox and just LOVED the texture and the color. Had to buy the full version but it was first not on stock. The color is perfect for green eyes. The pen glides perfectly and stays.

Great eye pencil
To me this is everything I'm after in an eye pencil. I'm not fond of too soft ones (like the Victoria Beckham ones for example). This one is firm, gives a dense colour, yet its texture allows blending and doesn't spread all over the eye or drags the skin when applying. The brown colour that I use (barna) is brilliant, no red tones whatsoever. Buy it!
