Waterry but makes hair silky
When I tried it I wasn't impressed, it is like gel/water (but smells heavenly, energizing) and didn't expect much. But after few uses my hair feels amazing. You (almost) can't over do it, because of gel like structure and hair does absorb it very quickly. Perfect for fine or oily prone hair that don't do well with leave in conditioners or oils.

P.s. I would also recommend the Gisou honey hair oil but it is a but pricey so...
