The embodiment of three main principles – effortlessness, speed and efficacy – Allies of Skin is back-to basics beauty for the modern 'multi-hyphenate'. Deafened by the ‘noise’ within the beauty industry, creator Nicolas Travis found shopping for products to treat his acne both intimidating and bewildering – so he decided to develop his own simple, suits-all ritual for tired, stressed and problematic skin types. Firm in his belief that skin care should empower, the three-step routine is straight-forward but phenomenally hard-working – protecting from pollution while hydrating and repairing to maintain skin’s health (and save you hassle).
A multitasking moisturiser with a pH of 5.3 - 5.8, Allies of Skin's Multi Nutrient & Dioic Renewing Cream is supercharged with 1% dioic acid, 14 antioxidants, probiotics, centella asiatica and ribose, to revive your tired complexion, reduce imperfections, and protect compromised skin. Especially created for breakout-prone and oily skin types.
Providing long-lasting protection against environmental pollution while visibly improving signs of fatigue, combatting stress breakouts and depuffing, firming and hydrating stressed skin, this calming and soothing formula is a must-try for those experiencing signs of fatigued and stressed skin.

Not good
Another product from Allies of Skin I have tried and another one which I do not like.First of all and the worst of all is the smell. It is really bad and hard to describe, it smell like wall painting with with some old black tea. It does not smell a long time after smell, it goes away, but the application process is really not pleasant. Another bad thing about this cream is the stickiness on the skin. I can only imagine thqt maybe it works good with make up, so the maku up sticks to this sticky layer. All in all, I do not like this product.

ALLIES OF SKIN RENEWING CREAM
I like the brand's transparency as they always state the percentages of the active ingredients. And the ingredients lists of their products always look great. However, unfortunately for me they don't work. This cream stays on my skin and doesn't sink in and my skin feels overwhelmed and a little red and greasy.

Impressive ingredients list, usual application
It’s really packed with good stuff and my skin looks well, so I guess once applied it does its job. Nevertheless application is not a cosmic experience — just a moisturiser with nice texture and no smell. As long as the product is effective, I don’t mind!

If your skin is unhappy...
use this! I'd been experiencing some pretty gnarly hormonal breakouts since coming off the contraceptive pill (FYI - It took nearly two years for my skin to settle) and I needed a moisturiser that wasn't going to disrupt. This cream soothed breakouts, balanced excessive oiliness in my t-zone whilst also plumping dry patches. Probiotics, Antioxidants and Dioc Acid help brighten and even the skin tone - what more could you want? A luxurious but most importantly an efficacious product that i will definitely be re-purchasing.

Not bad!
It's a good moisturizer, that doesn't cause imperfections on my oily skin. But it feels a little bit sticky. As a plus - my skin is hydrated and less oily during the day, but there is no wow effect and the product is quite expensive. Not bad, but could be better.
