Nourishing Body Wash (200ml): Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Smoothing Body Exfoliant (150ml): Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing.
Transforming Body Lotion (500ml): Apply twice daily for four weeks for very dry skin. Thereafter apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for balanced skin.

Lotion makes my skin visibly better, decreases the number of imperfections :) I use exfoliant once a week and lotion twice a week. Apply SPF afterwards. The nourishing gel is very gentle, suitable for a daily use.

You need this if you suffer from small bumps on your upper arms. As long as I can remember, I always had small bumps on my upper arms. Not a single scrub or a moisturiser would eliminate them. I have pretty rough and bumpy skin. This bundle helps to make my skin at least a bit better. However, bear in mind that lotion is with AHAs and you need to use it only in the evening and apply spf next day. Moreover, body exfoliant is definitely not for a sensitive skin.

I really love Ameliorate body products and getting them in this supersize bundle is a great deal. I use the body exfoliant 2 times a week, lotion (500ml!) everyday and the body wash also 2,3 times a week. My skin is smooth and I have no ingrown hair at all. I also recommend the foot cream.
