Nourishing Body Wash (200ml): Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Smoothing Body Exfoliant (150ml): Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing.
Transforming Body Lotion (500ml): Apply twice daily for four weeks for very dry skin. Thereafter apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for balanced skin.

The pump was a little tricky (kept breaking, but than I managed to fix it) scent is good! I was soo afraid to buy the fragranced because a lot of people said the sent was bad, but is good! Not very special but wont hurt anyone. Will fade and works to mask the chemical smell. Very hydrating and works! I will buy more.

OK Set, didn't help with texture and bumps
The skin on my legs has texture, little bumps and lots of ingrown hairs. After reading lots of great reviews about Ameliorate, decided to give it a try. The set is great value and a nice way to try all the products. While they're good products and leave the skin moisturized and don't irritate, they didn't help with texture, ingrown hairs not the little bumps. The smell is OK, didn't bother me at all.

My skin gets little bumps and imperfections regularly and I was truly at a loss on how to deal with that. This set has really helped me! I didn’t have high hopes for immediate results but there was definitely a change I saw after using the cream for a couple of days straight. It’s a lovely formula, not too oily or sticky but not exactly lightweight either. It leaves my skin hydrated and smooth after every single use. The smell is interesting but I don’t really mind it, it smells fresh and doesn’t linger too long.
