Nourishing Body Wash (200ml): Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Smoothing Body Exfoliant (150ml): Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing.
Transforming Body Lotion (500ml): Apply twice daily for four weeks for very dry skin. Thereafter apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for balanced skin.

Soft skin but hate the scent
This stuff does work. My skin is babysoft. I have keratosis pilaris in the back of my arms. My arms are a lot softer after using this routine but the redness is still present. I really hate the scent and would give 4 or 5 stars if they improve this :)

Skin is so smooth
I have used other acid based creams and lotions to smooth the skin on my body but find the ameliorate lotion to be the most effective and user friendly. It is thinner than other formulas which means I am more inclined to use it and doesn’t leave any dryness or itchiness which others tend to.
