Nourishing Body Wash (200ml): Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Smoothing Body Exfoliant (150ml): Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing.
Transforming Body Lotion (500ml): Apply twice daily for four weeks for very dry skin. Thereafter apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for balanced skin.

Finally smooth & shiny legs…!
years ago i kind of accepted that super smooth & shiny legs were simply not in my genes. I kept using sugar scrubs and so many bodylotions to make the best of it. Until i discovered Ameliorate body exfoliant. It’s the most effective body product ever. My legs felt so soft and smooth. I was already so impressed with the results (warning: read the instructions to use BEFORE showering) but since i use the full set the result is even more amazing. I will always always repurchase. If you suffer from dehydrated skin with some bumps… forget the high end brands… this is the only trio you’ll need!

Great set
I think this is a great collection. I had dry skin on my legs, knees and elbows, using these for couple of months solved the problem. The only thing that bothers me is that I use body wash and exfoliant much faster than the lotion. The amount of body wash should be also 500 ml and the exfoliant 300 ml.

Really Soothing!
I have very dry, flakey legs with Keratosis Polaris (attractive right?!) ... hence me ordering this set as it says it should help me!The exfoliator has tiny granules in it as well as being a chemical exfoliant. The cleanser is really gentle and soothing and the body cream is a dream. It is the only moisturiser that leaves my legs feeling soft for the rest of the day. I am yet to see any change in terms of pigmentation but the instructions say to use it for a few weeks to see a difference. I would recommend and I have high hopes this will help me.

Excellent value for money
I have been using Ameliorate exfoliator for a few years and love it, my skin always feels softer and cleaner and it is so easy to use. This bundle is such good value for money, I haven't yet used to shower cream or body lotion so am unable to comment on them.

Just can't stand the smell of the body lotion
I discovered the Ameliorate brand when I bought their exfoliating mitts which I think are fantastic, so placed an order for this bundle which was on offer at a great price. Unfortunately it was money badly spent. Just the smell of the body lotion made me feel sick, it is so nauseating that I can't bring myself to use anything in the bundle. I don't understand why the body lotion is noted as "Fragrance Free" because it definitely smells awful.
