Only for high porosity hair
I made a mistake thinking this would be great on my hair. At that time, I didn’t know that my hair was low porosity. I thought it wasn’t hydrated enough because it couldn’t retain the moisture and my hair was frizzy because of it. So I bought this set, full of protein, and became obsessed with repairing my hair. It did nothing!! It made it even worse. I only recently found out that you can have low porosity and frizzy hair when your hair is just dehydrated. Turns out that I only needed deep hydration, which means avoid protein products that overcoat my hair fibers and avoids the moisture to penetrate. So, long story short, make sure that your need protein, and, if so, this set will be perfect to repair it.
