Gamechanger for insomnia
I didn’t purchased this one exactly but a similar one and can confirm that it helps and improves sleep quality and general wellbeing. I suffered from really bad insomnia and also tend to depressive mood in autumn/winter but didn’t want to take any antidepressants so I invested in such a 7,5 kg heavy therapeutic blanket.
