Not waterproof
First of all- I love Benefit. But this mascara was a total disappointment. I really needed waterproof mascara, but this is 100% not waterproof. Tried it out 3 times- it leaves more black circles aroung the eyes than regular mascara. EVERY TIME! And it’s not like I’m crying a lot or taking walks in the rain.

A good mascara but not my favourite one
I bought this mascara because I have seen lots of reviews and I wanted a mascara that doesn't transfer to the eyelid. It is a good mascara: it gives a solid black color in the lashes and it is very resistant to sweet or tears. But I feel my lashes aren't so beauty: they have length enough but not so volume that I would like. I don't have found my favourite waterproof mascara yet.

Really water proof!
It is a great mascara for events, it actually is waterproof and makes the lashes look full and elongated. Less fitting for daily use cause it's harder to remove.

I like it but hard to get off.
Im surprised to see many reviews saying it smudges because i don’t have that problem at all. It gives my lashes a nice full look. The only reason why I’m deducting a star is because it is really hard to get off. It takes quite a bit of time.

All mascaras; including waterproof ones from other brands; fall out from my eyes. This one didn’t. Stays all day on me. I have to say i always use primer on my lids ( nars smudgeproof eyeshadow base) especially in my lower lash line. I need with all my mascaras or it turns a mess. I try this one without primer the first day. It moves a very little. I have very long lashes. This mascara make my eyelashles look nearly fake. I always use curler before the mascara.

Terrible. Do not recommend!
Love the original Bad Gal Bang but I get really bad transfer below my eyes and on my brow bone so I was excited to try the waterproof version. However, it’s so disappointing! I still get the same smudgy transfer and panda eye effect, even without any moisture being present. Literally within an hour of doing my makeup I’m having to clean up the area, yet trying to remove it when you want it gone is difficult! Absolute waste of money, I’ve given up totally on Bad Gal BangÂ

Don’t recommend
Waterproof mascara allegedly but it smudged straight away, I wiped that away thinking it’s because I’d just applied it yet hours later still black around my eyes.. very disappointingÂ

Not smudge proof!
I’ve been looking for a mascara that won’t smudge under my lower lashes or upper lids. I love the original Bad Gal Bang so had high hopes for this being that and then smudge proof - it was not. Really disappointed that I had to keep wiping my panda eyes throughout the day. Then when it comes to taking it off, it won’t budge!!Â

Weirdly too waterproof
The brush is fine as far as application, it’s not a fluffy one but goes on ok (if you have compliant lashes like mine). I love the jet blackness of it. My only whinge would be, and it’s a strange one, but this is actually so waterproof that it feels like only the High Queen Beyoncé herself will be able to remove it. It seemed like nothing I have could really take it off and I felt like I tried everything. Probably not one for our friends with commitment issues.Â
