Shake well before use.
Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back and one for the head.
Re-apply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and after swimming, exercise or towel drying. Use alongside a hat, protective clothing and sunglasses.

For this price, I'm surprised that this sunscreen actually blends very well with my CC cream foundation from IT cosmetics. I like it when the glow effect stays after applying setting powder. It doesn't look greasy on my neutral to oily tan skin. However, it may give whitening effect on people with darker skin, so it may not give a look natural on them.
