Personally, the mask did nothing to my hair but even worse is that you can't get the product out... the plastic is hard and the hair mask doesn't squeeze out.. you'll need to cut the bottle open for using it properly.

It makes my hair feel soft and nourished and manageable. I alternate between K18, this mask and the Briogeo "be gentle, be kind" conditioner, and this slots in very nicely in my routine.
