After shampooing, massage into the hair, ensuring the conditioner is evenly applied. Leave in for five to 10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair in a plastic cap to retain moisture while sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes, then rinse.
It should be used once per week or every two weeks. In between treatments, it is recommended to use one of Briogeo's shampoo and conditioner sets (sold separately).

This is my go to hair mask for 2 years now. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it. I apply this to my hair and brush it through with a tangle teaser brush to make sure each strand is covered. After 5 Minutes I wash it out and my hair is sooo soft and smooth.

Use this every time I wash my hair
I've wavy hair, and this really makes the waves come out and say hi, haha! Because I color my hair, it tends to get a bit dry. Which is where this comes in. I use it after double shampoo, so that the strands can take up everything they need. With the conditioner after I lock everything in. My hair is less frizzy, smoother, wavier and overal more healthy looking. Def be repurchasing this when I run out. Oh btw, you only need a bit (and I've got quite long hair).

Sof silky hair
I got it in a Goody bag. I know the product well, as I had earlier a travel size. I like to texture and how it hydrates my hair, easy to cumb my hair after using the this mask. I cannot say anything wrong, it does its job, the only thing maybe the smell, which I do not like.

when I was transitioning to curly hair this was my savior. It has a lot of protein tho so if your hair doesn't like protein stay away.

Good for not super damaged hair
I really like this hair mask, but I have to say, that it's not the strongest in effect. I already have pretty healthy hair and it works for me. But if you have damaged, coloured, bleached hair, I'd recommend to search for something more potent.

I enjoyed using this product, it is lighter in consistency which is great for my more thin hair. it does the job, but not crazy about it. So far enjoying the honey apple one from the brand more.
