Peppermint overload
I have mixed feelings about this. First of all, you need a lot of product for it to lather in the hair. I have color-damaged hair and I would only recommend it for people with healthy hair. It's filled with peppermint so if you like that good-scalp-cool-burn you will love it. Just be sure to use a very hydrating conditioner or mask afterwards :)

Problematic
This didn't deliver any of the claims for me. It did give a cooling sensation, but other than that it was irritating and sort of drying. I did not have a flaky scalp before using this, and bought it just for the purpose of having a deep cleansing shampoo, yet after using it I noticed flakes in my hair. And my scalp felt tight and uncomfortable. If you have a sensitive, irritated or dry scalp I'd say avoid this. It smells lovely, but it is far too expensive for what it is.

Best cleansing shampoo EVER
This has exceeded my expectations! Honestly, the best shampoo ever for an itching scalp with dandruff. I've tried a lot of shampoos but none of them calm my scalp as much. It makes my hair so soft and smells great too! I think I am hooked for life. My boyfriend is now obsessed as well!

Second shampoo.
Absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately I have wasted a lot of this pretty expensive product washing product (dry shampoo, hairspray etc.) out of my hair first to get the full effect with the second wash. I will definitely repurchase and in the future use another less expensive shampoo for the first wash, to then get the very most I can out of this absolutely beautiful, deeply cleansing and refreshing shampoo!

Smells amazing, but please change the packaging
I really really want to give this a higher score, because it's one of the best smelling shampoos I've ever used. But I can't, because of two reasons: First - the packaging. Shampoo in a jar have two be one of the worst ideas. In the shower I want my products to be practical, and this definitely isn't. Not to mention it HAS to be a nightmare from a hygienic perspective. Second - the exfoliating formula. I have a dry, flaky scalp, and exfoliating shampoo sounds like a great solution in theory. But it just doesn't work for me. I can't seem to get the stuff actually down in my scalp without half of it staying in my hair, and I end up having to use a lot of shampoo to feel that the exfoliation is working at all. Which means that it's not a lot of product for the price in this case. But it might work better if you have short hair.

Lovely
I have quite sore flaky scalp and this stuff really helps. It feels good and smells lovely. I would say it probably is easier to use with shorter hair so the coconut exfoliators can get to the scalp easier, I have VERY long hair and I just do a pre shampoo before using this with another briogeo shampoo first to make it easier. Also when using in the shower I recommend turning the water off before opening so you don’t get water inside the pot, the packaging is a little annoying but the product is great!
