Shake well before use and store it horizontally for best performance. Draw a thin line across the top lash line starting at the inner corner and moving to outer corner of the eye. Repeat until you obtain the desired shape and thickness of your line. For cat eyes, extend the line inward a bit at the inner corners of the eyes.
