As with all CeraVe superheroes, at the core of this cleanser is a cocktail of three essential ceramides (lipids that are essentially the ‘glue’ of your skin barrier). I have tried other cerave cleansers before but this one is always hard to get in my country. It is very gentle but still cleans very well. The scent is more noticable in this one, than in other cleansers - which is not my favorite but if it keeps my skin pimple-free I will purchase more.
