A very expensive nice lipstick
It’s a kind of matte formula but a comfortable matte. The colour is nice but not for me. It’s too expensive for what it is.

I love the Chantecaille lip chics. What I love about them is that they are the PERFECT mixture of pigment with a beaaaautiful glossy finish that is not sticky or thick at all. It is super hydrating. So whenever new lip chic nude colors come out, I need to have them. And so I ordered the new colors. The colors are pretty. Not my favorite, but for the right occasion, they are really nice. The only thing that really let me down: they are not glowy!! They are waaay more matte. The glowy finish I love the lip chics for, is not the finish you get with these lipsticks. It is more of a satin finish. So there is a glow, but it is nothing compared to the other once I own. Therefore they are also less hydrating. They are not dry matte lipsticks, but they are not what you normally get. If I knew this before I ordered them, I do not think I would have gotten them. They are very expensive after all. The packaging is a win tho! As always.
