Total Rip Off
This product is such a rip off it's a beautiful product. Mine lasted 6 weeks for €32.00 I have never finished a lipstick in my life. The packaging is so deceiving. Very disappointing from CT !!

Disappointing
Seriously disappointed with this. First impressions - cheap and nasty packaging. For €32, I like a bit of luxe. This is plastic on plastic, like lower-end own-brand stuff in a chemist. Dreadful. Secondly, for some reason you can't twist the lip-balm back down once you have rolled it out - so beware. As others have said - it's messy to apply and it ends up on the white plastic inner tube - which looks horrible. Until now I have liked Charlotte Tilbury products. This feels like something that was put together to take advantage of the fact that we can't visit shops right now. If I had seen it in person I would not have purchased it.

Frustrating
I like the product itself, but not the packaging. The balm does not screw back.
