Apply to dry hair. Load up the small end of the brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out (do not use sweeping motion). Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush.

This works well however for blonde hair you need the platinum colour and it’s very little product so be aware of it. It does work though!

This root cover up works wonders for grown out roots. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5? It’s just a small amount of powder and it runs out quickly. If you have to work through your roots that are visible you need quite a lot.

I was rather apprehensive about this not completely covering my dark roots and while it doesn’t give you the most opaque coverage, it does leave a nice and ashy kind of undertone to your hair wich blends in well with platinum blonde hair. Would repurchase this product.
