Squeeze a small amount into your palm. Warm balm in your hands, then massage onto a dry face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, and wipe off with a warm, damp washcloth. For an extra moisture boost, leave it on for 10 minutes as a hydrating mask.

Hydrating!
Nice cleansing balm but needs enough water to emulsify otherwise it’s hard/too thick to rub it in. It does leave a film on your face after washing it off as reviews say, but as I have very dry skin, I don’t mind. I actually find it quite hydrating. But it’s something to keep in mind if you have oily skin

Really not that good
I've tried many cleansing balms as a first cleanse before my gel cleanser to really soak off the make up. Somehow it came pretty separated in the tube and since it's a balm you can barely shake it to mix up again. When applied it doesn't emulsify and stays extremely thick and oily. So yes, it melts the makeup, but then doesn't flush off your face and you need to use a different cleanser to get this off of your face. After that you need a third cleanse to cleanse your face properly. I understand that there's no perfume in it, but the raw ingredients of this balm also smell not pleasant at all. Almost like play-do. Would not recommend this balm.
