Use the mask to cover your mouth and nose. Ensure that the mask fits closely yet comfortably against the side of your face by adjusting the nose wire and elastic ear loops. Hand wash after each use.

Comes with a little pouch, which is very hygienic as I can put the mask in there before and after use. The material doesn't irritate my skin or take moisture from it as cotton would. Wish I'd found these sooner!
