Love this product and this is the second time that I've purchased it. It cleans good and my face doesn't feel sticky or dry after using it. A nice extra is the packaging, really like the heavy glas bottle.

Not impressed
Got this in one of Cult Beauty boxes and was disappointed. Used it during trips, and didn’t feel like my skin as properly cleansed. Leaves a greasy layer even when using a muslin cloth. Definitely would buy especially for the price.

I got this in a Cult Beauty Edit. Unfortunately my bottle arrived having leaked a bit. I've mostly used this as a morning cleanser as I find it pretty useless with makeup removal since the oil doesn't emulsify at all with water but creates a weird film on skin. Doesn't irritate my skin which is great, but I'm also not loving it.

No slip
The formulation looks great on paper but this cleansing balm has zero slip and makes it hard to massage into the skin (since it must be applied on dry skin first). I have stopped using it as a result because I can't really work it in before diluting it with water.

It works but
It does help to deeply cleanse and shrink the pores. For makeup removal, I find that you have to double cleanse in order to fully get rid of foundation. Not a big fan of the smell. I also have experienced some breakouts after using this, not sure if it is a coincidence or not.

Perfect for sensitive skin
I find that this is more of a gel texture but it works exactly like a balm to remove all my makeup and SPF at the end of the day.My skin can be really sensitive and not only does this balm not cause any irritation but it helps to balance my skin and I find that I can rinse this away with just warm water without having to use a cloth.The texture is quite thick so you may need to warm it up in your hands before working it in.

Gentle but effective
Love the clean ingredients in this cleanser, it’s pumping out as an oil but once mixed with water it turns into a milky texture. It works effortlessly at removing makeup, 2 minutes and job done!This is my main cleanser and I will buy it again when I run out as it leaves my skin soft and hydrated.
