Cleansing Balm: massage onto dry skin. Add water to emulsify. Rinse with warm water or remove with a face cloth.
Serum and Calm Cream: apply morning and night onto cleansed skin.
Mask: apply once weekly on clean skin. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly.

Good one to try some of the products. I like the range overall, however Aurelia London's The Probiotic Concentrate is still number one for me as far as probiotic serums go, too bad it's not available here anymore.

..Cult kindly and quickly responded with a solution! I wanted to gift the kit to someone, because I think these would be great for her sensitive and dry skin. This is a great set to try the care of this brand. So, my conclusions: the serum is absolutely wonderful. Instantly reduces redness & reduces irritation. I will buy full size. It doesn't smell very nice, but that's not a problem. I liked the mask, it gives the skin radiance, soothes. I want full size. The cream is ordinary, there was not enough moisture from it, I did not want to buy it. The wash is soft, I liked it, but there are more favorite ones

Oh my god
Buckle up guys, this will be a long one. For the last few years I have struggled with very real redness on my face, I've wondered if it could been rosacea but...erm... never got a diagnosis. It has come and waned and flared up and yet always been a presence in my life. Until a few weeks ago, I would look at the redness in my face in the mirror and just cry and cry (making it worse ofc)... I tried everything, GPs vary but mine never cares much, most things just made me break out or did nothing but break my wallet. I was having a relatively ok time in that I was puce and not scarlet, and I made a mistake and bought a serum from a certain herbal highstreet retailer which set fire to my skin, I was scarlet and in pain and so upset. I was looking for something which might sooth my furious skin and...oh my god. I bought this set on a whim and within a week or so I was almost in tears again but for a different reason... my redness, the redness that was screaming bad from the dodgy serum from this other shop was almost...invisible! Long story short, this saved my skin from almost burn-level redness, and has absolutely wiped the floor with the redness in my skin I have suffered with for so long. Yes, I still have scars and a few flecks/veins and a bit of residual redness, but oh my god this is the calmest my skin has ever been in years and years! It keeps getting better every time I use it. I annoy my family by going 'look how non-red I am!', it has almost washed the irritation from my face. I'm so happy. I mean, I used to struggle finding a good full-coverage foundation that fits my skin colour and oiliness and could cover my horrible angry redness, now I want a good light-weight foundation (also impossible), that's how amazing this is. I have since repurchased the cleanser and balm in the smaller 'non sample' sizes and probably will forever (unless I save up and buy a bigger size), they are amazing. Serum is also good, I haven't used the mask much. It's spendy (for me) but worth it, my only caveat is that it's worth sampling because it's an absolute miracle for my red skin, but might not be for yours - everyone is different, so try this sample before buying bigger sizes. If you're like me though it will just do wonders, I had almost given up hope my skin could be this calm again.

INCREDIBLE!
I don’t know where to start with this amazing trial kit and brand. I ordered this a week ago and the difference in my skin has me shook. My skin has never looked clearer and brighter and the glow I have. Honestly hands down I’m amazed and definitely a nice introduction to the brand, safe to say I’ll be ordering the full sizes now.Â
