It's safe to say this is an every day, all-over face essential. Brimming with curated neutral shades which are suitable for all skin tones and the eyes and face, each colour boasts two unique textures. The first texture? A high-performance, lightweight cream that applies with ease, then there are the powders in coordinating tones, infused with upsalite for oil control. So whether you want to shape and define brows, highlight the brow bone, line and blend out the lower lash line, add a wash of colour to the lid, this buildable palette creates soft to bold results with a velvet, satin finish.

First, use the Velvet Pomades to shape and define then use the Shape N' Fix Powders to set.
Shape the Eyes
Apply Velvet Pomades for structure and definition. Then set with Shape N' Shift Powders to lock in place.
Sculpt the Face
Sculpt with Velvet Pomades, apply to cheekbones, jawline and temples with a fluffy angled brush. Then, set with Shape N' Fix Powders in coordinating shade.
Fill the Brows
Structure brows with Velvet Pomades and fill with Shape N' Shift Powders using a small angle brush.
Line and Define
Trace and wing with Velvet Pomades. Even create a cut crease or line your lips. Then, set and smudge with Shape N' Shift Powders.

Neutrals love
It has a special formula, but it is very easy to work with. I use it on my eyes and still haven’t tried it on my face. Usually use the creams when I’m feeling lazy since they blend with 2 swipes of a brush. They also work well as an eye primer and apply powder shampoos on top. I have fair skin and working with the creams allowed me to try for darker eye looks since they are not very pigmented right away with I love and do not have fall out. I’m hoping for Danessa to release some shimmers with the same formula since they are really easy to work with and very fast to apply.

Amazing eye palette!
What a great palette this is. The creamy shadows are best applied with your fingers and it’s no problem to blend and smudge them together with your finger or a brush. It stays on quite well after powdering of with the powdery eye shadows. A full face look is easy with only this palette and most of the colors are amazing to my light to medium skin tone. Expensive palette but worth the money to me.

Truly a Groundwork palette
The formulas in this palette are very easy to work with, clearly professionally done. I bought it with the idea to use some of the putty shades as a one-and-done shadow, however these do not really work for that, they are just too one-dimensional and take a while to build. This is however, my mistake. The palette is advertised as groundwork - essentially the base for a fuller eye look and it is truly perfect for that.

Very practical
I really wanted this palette when it was out and do not regret it. I needed to play a bit first before I found my way with it. Awesome colors for a full face look although for me (blonde and light skin) there is one tiny matching my lips. Otherwise this is great for eye looks and sculpting/ blush. I set the cream with some powder of the palette or another and it stays out quite well during the day. Without setting with a powder it will crease and disappear sooner in the eyelid. Overall it’s a great palette for everyday basics from light to smoky eyes.

The only palette you need
This is absolutely beautiful. The creams are unique, they are not to creamy, they have a dry feel, but they are very blendable and long lasting. I’ve never tried a texture like that. The powders are very buildable, not super pigmented, but I see this as a plus because they are beginner friendly

Interesting palette!
This palette is very interesting, I feel it is best suited for professionals or everyday folks who like to play with something different. It has great neutral colors. The creamy pomade is not very saturated (which makes it easy to build up). The powders give a bit more depth. The palette is sturdy and a bit heavy. Overall I think the palette is nice and would work for oily and mature eyelids.
