I will buy it forever if you fix the pump
I love this product. Doesn’t dry my face like other cleansers. Also, my face feels smooth and it removes make up effectively. Pump needs fixing though and this is why I rated it 4/5.

Not for me
I have a huge weakness for cleansers, and I had so high expectations for this one after reading the awesome list of ingredients, but somehow this doesn't really do it for me. I like the mild and fresh scent, and it IS indeed a very fresh and nice cleanser, but to me, it was a tad too harsh and drying to be used on a daily basis. I like it as a zingy and uplifting morning cleanser from time to time, but I'm not sure I will repurchase a product that I can only use sporadically. You should def give it a try if your skin isn't very dry or sensitive though, as it's actually a pretty decent cleanser, it's just not suitable for sensitive or dry skin, I think. Also, the pump is very bad, as other reviewers have mentioned already, so they should probably do something about that.

Horrible pump
The pump on this is horrible and that keeps me from using the cleanser. I ordered it a few months ago and I only used it twice. Please fix the packaging.

OK
At first I really loved it, but once the pump stopped working properly it was difficult to get the product... however, talking about the actual cleanser, it removes 90% makeup, so I would still use other products to wash off my makeup. You also cannot use it on your eyes, where for me it is the most important area (to remove makeup), the smell at first was very overwhelming and I never really got used to it, it's just really strong. It did not dry my skin which was good, however since I just finished my first bottle, I will not buy this again.

Good but not for me
I've got combination and acne prone skin, and this is a good cleanser that makes skin bright and soft. If I leave it on a little longer, my skin after is even brighter. However, I find that I find myself looking elsewhere as it doesn't really take care of the acne and I find that sometimes my skin feels a bit clogged up if I use only this as a cleanser. I think it must be a great cleanser for drier skin types.

Wanted to love it but...
After reading a bunch of great reviews and since I was needing a new cleanser I decided to try this one out. Well, what can I say, not really impressed with it. The pump is horrible, it gets stuck all the time which is really annoying, and on top of everything the smell is quite unpleasant to me. I am sure there are better products out there so I am unlikely to repurchase.

I now have a love for cleansers...
Before I purchased this cleanser I honestly did not see any purpose for a cleanser other than to remove make-up. I use this cleanser as a second cleanse (I think it would be wasted to remove make-up). Leaves skin feeling fresh, clean and revitalized. This never dries my extremely temperamental skin out. The bottle has lasted me over 6 months and I use once a day.

Definitely Recommend
I received this cleanser as a free gift with my Poetry in Lotion purchase and I must say that it's by far the best one that I've used. It has worked better on my skin than La Roche Posay Effaclar cleanser, which was recommended to me by a doctor. Plus it's ideal for a quick and easy makeup removal before bed. Smells a bit like marmalade, which has grown on me (the smell, not the taste of marmalade).
