For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.
On clean, dry skin, place device directly onto desired treatment site. Mould device for a snug fit (arms, shoulders, legs, knees) or lay flat (upper/lower back, chest).
For fine line and/or blemish treatments: press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on device. Press again to select light setting (red, blue, red+blue) and use for the programmed treatment time of three minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete.
For tired muscle treatments: press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on device and use for the programmed treatment time of 14 minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete.
Remove device. For optimal results, use device once daily per treatment site. Use 2-3x times weekly.

Consistency is key
I have the mask as well. I think if you’re able to fit daily wear into your routine red light it worth while. This is a good one. It’s not as bendy as I’d hoped but you really can move it to most body parts.

Very versatile
I like the shape of this. You can really bend it to fit wherever you’re using it. The only place where it doesn’t fit is my neck, despite the fact that I have a relatively long neck. I use my dr dennis face mask upside down starting from the chin, to cover that area a bit.

Great for my blemishes!
The reason I use this is for its blemish treatment. It contains 3 modes, one for blemishes, one for muscle/joint pain, and one for both. My mode is the Blue LED mode which destroys blemish-causing bacteria. I use this on my chest and back which is where I experience a lot of blemishes. Since using, I have already noticed a reduction in the severity of blemishes but also the amount I have. It is very easy to use and very relaxing.
