Worked for me
I was having awful issues getting to sleep and found I had really bad anxiety. Took these as a last resort and I’ve found they really helped me. I haven’t slept this well in ages. Since taking them I’ve looked into other ways to reduce cortisol like not having as much caffeine since this has been out of stock whenever I try to re-buy them.

Necessary for Stressful Periods
Having studied a lot (neuroscientist) but having never used any serotoninergic supplements, it was interesting to see the mellowing effect. Continuous usage will probably show much more effect, however, please note some of the ingredients (such as l-theanine) in these capsules are NOT meant for long term usage so make sure it is up to 3 months at a time. Also I would like to agree on the libido increase as other reviewers mentioned.

It’s hard to tell if supplements really hit the spot.I purchased this on a whim and have now taken it for four months.I “feel “ like it has dramatically improved my life , as a lifetime of light sleeping I now sleep soundly and well. My stress levels have dropped and I deal with daily stress better.I have not noticed any changes in my appetite but other health factors contribute to that .Here is the absolute improvement i have experienced … are you ready ! My libido had gone through the roof and my sexual experiences have heightened , it’s actually remarkable. It’s expensive but my goodness worth every pence of the cost for that alone . Â
