Encouraging you to get up close and personal with your skin, Drunk Elephant dreams up formulas designed to be mixed and matched to create a smoothie to satisfy all your complexion's cravings. Blended with active ingredients, the brand's signature solutions look to protect your moisture barrier while balancing and maintaining pH levels. The Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream (50ml) is here to answer your skin's SOS call for quenched, nourished skin that looks its healthiest.
Your skin never knew hydration... until now. Taking ceramides and blending these with six African oils then whipping all this into a cream, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream (50ml) has the luxurious texture of a rich face cream without feeling suffocating or heavy.
Formulated with marula oil, which is high in antioxidants and omegas to give the skin a powerful dose of hydration, this must-have also stars mongongo to defend against environmental aggressors and baobab provides moisturising and soothing benefits. Elsewhere in the formula, kalahari melon is a super hydrating, rejuvenating oil, and ximenia is rich in vitamin C, making it fantastic at brightening the look of skin. Produced at an ideal pH level of 5.5, Lala Retro Whipped Cream prevents skin from looking dull or dry while delivering a steady dose of moisture during night and day.

Holy grail for dry skin
The cream is very nourishing and absorbs into the skin after a couple of minutes and leaves it moisturized, nourished, plumper and very soft. Usually, I didn't like any fast-absorbing creams, because it just gets absorbed and like nothing, I want to apply it again. Lala Retro, although it is absorbed quickly, provides great nourishing effect, so that even after applying it once in the morning, it is enough to keep the skin moisturized until the night, there is no skin discomfort or itching. I can feel a huge difference between using it and not using it, it really is a big savior for dry skin. As for the packaging, it is so beautiful. It's heavy, the top cap comes off and when you press it, it comes out like a flower of cream. Very hygienic, the only downside is that you can't see how much is left. According to Drunk Elephant it should be enough for 100 squeezes, I used up my first one in about a month and a half. Lala Retro cream is also odorless, it does not contain perfume, but I can barely feel a weak, natural smell from the ingredients, which reminds me a little of grains.

Great moisturizer for winter
I have combination skin and it is fantastic in cold time or in summer after sun whenever the skin needs comfort:) A bit heavier than Protini, great to be used at night.

Great
This is a very rich, yet light on the skin moisturizer. I have eczema prone skin and this keeps away my flare ups.

Moisturizing
This cream its moisturizing and calms after using the TLC sukari babyfacial but it is too thick for me to use on a daily basis so I use it for my neck and decolletage. I think will be great for very dry skin types but for me just too much on my face.

Good but nothing special
Great whipped moisturiser that is nourishing enough but doesn't remain tacky or cause fluff to stick to your face (there are some moisturisers that do this terribly).Works day or night and has never pilled. This is product will last about 2 months and is nothing special for the price to be honest. Maybe worth it if you use point to buy it and manage to get it during a sale which there often is.Â

Expensive
I really like this cream however for what it costs, it doesn’t last long at all. I like how you can use the bottle with the pump or twist the lid off and scoop the cream outÂ
