Beautiful!

Such a beautiful balm cleanser. Takes off make up so easily and leaves my skin feeling super soft and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Worst oil cleanser

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I tried many melting/oil cleansers and this has got to be the worst! So thick and even when it melts it leaves a sticky feeling. Drop this and buy the Elemis one instead.

The One

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I’m on my third or fourth tub of this balm cleanser. I’ve tried a couple of others (body shop, glow recipe etc) but keep coming back to this one and I don’t think I’ll be trying anything else from now on. It’s gentle, nourishing, lovely to use, doesn’t sting eyes and, most importantly, removes eye makeup and SPF easily without having leaving any residue. Highly recommend.

Best Balm Ever

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I'm not a big DE fan but this balm is the best. I've probably purchased it 6 times already and it will be a lifelong staple in my bathroom. The texture is great, melts easily and washes off well, ready for the second cleanse. And most importantly, it removes EVERYTHING! It's similar to Emma Hardie's Moringa Balm but better.

I keep returning it this

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I keep going back to this cleansing balm. I try others but this takes everything off my face including waterproof mascara and liner. Skin doesn’t feel dry or stripped

Amazing 🤩

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Love this cleanser and is definitely one of my best beauty finds !!! I have used many balm cleansers and most have been more expensive than this one from Drunk Elephant. I would definitely rate this way above Bobbi Brown which I found to be so tacky in texture and this is also better at removing makeup than the Elemis balm and much more long lasting than both of the above. I also loved using Sunday Riley balm and found it refreshing but a little harsher than this one and coming in at much greater price point so without doubt I will repurchase this one from Drunk Elephant…love it !!!!

Washes the day away

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love using this it's so satisfying to just melt the day away. I have acne-prone skin and struggle with skincare and I'm pleased to say this does not break me out. Love it!

Really unpleasant to use - its my last resort

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I am a big fan of the Emma Hardie - Moringa Balm, I was excited to try this as I bought it with other Drunk Elephant Products (this is the DE recommendation) and thought it would be a similar product. Honestly, I am using this right now to 'use' it, I hate waste. Its smells horrendous, like others described like chip fat, not very calming going to sleep. One Cult Beauty Staff member describes this as scentless, this is not true, it does have a scent and it is rancid. It doesn't matter to me the effectiveness of the product if I don't enjoy using it. The smallest amount of essential oil would make this product so much more enjoyable. Its a shame I won't be re-purchasing.

Leaves greasy cast

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I am a big fan of cleansing balms and I couldn't wait to try it - I used my new member discount to buy it. The balm does the job and has nice bamboo beads if you want to make a physical exfoliator out of it. But it smells like butter and cannot be rinsed of fully. It leaves greasy cast and you can only take it off by using a tower. I will never repurchase.

Good cleanser, great package, awful smell

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

As a cleanser, it delivers on what it promises, although i didn't try it as an eye make-up remover. The package is genius, makes sure you never lose the little spoon. The smell reminds me of fish oil and can be quite intense, especially in the beginning.
