This 10% alpha and beta hydroxy acid night serum helps to refine and resurface skin, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion in the morning. Blended with raspberry extract (thats the Framboos from the name!) it delivers effective exfoliation without harsh side effects.
A high-tech gel that resurfaces dull skin by gently dissolving the 'glue' that holds dulling dead cells to the surface, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion. The dream team of alpha and beta hydroxy acids that power this formula include glycolic, lactic, tartaric, citric and salicylic acids, which work together to penetrate pores to remove impurities while gently exfoliating dead, dulling cells. Blended with raspberry extract (a.k.a. Framboos), horse chestnut and white tea, the formula soothes as it exfoliates, avoiding harsh side effects like dryness and sensitisation. Fine lines, wrinkles, discolouration along with excess oiliness and pores will appear dramatically diminished. Get ready to go from a drab complexion to an absolutely luminous one, practically overnight! If that's not enough to convince you, here's what our fabulous Co-founder & Co-CEO, Alexia, has to say: "Drunk Elephant is the alchemist of acids, this night serum buffers and balances a family of five skin-boosting AHA/BHAs to maximise my morning glow without any redness at all. Ive been using this for a month now and this has not only faded some stubborn acne scars, but also smoothed the concentration furrows between my brows." The airtight (and cute!) container also helps the formula to stay super-fresh.

At night, apply to a clean, dry face, neck, chest and backs of hands, avoiding the eye area. Mix with Virgin Marula Oil for a dose of moisture and barrier-boosting fatty acids.
Note: Very slight tingling may be experienced, particularly for the first few days of application. This typically dissipates as your skin becomes adjusted. Start slowly. Use the product every other night, alternating with Virgin Marula Oil as necessary.

Not worth the hype
As far as AHA exfoliators, this one is an ok one. I think there are cheaper, better ones available, so it's not worth the money. It is not very tingly, but fails to even out skin tone and help eliminate redness. My skin breaks out every time after using it. I much prefer the AHA peeling by The Ordinary. Cheaper and more effective.

Life changer
If you guys could only see my skin 3 months before this, there was not one clear patch on my face. The amount of scarring, let alone cystic acne, on my face was insaaane - at one point I had over 14 cysts. I would have never imagined my skin to be this clear and unified in colour. I would have only imagined my skin like this maybe 2 or 3 years after multiple laser sessions for scaring! Using this with the Drunk Elephant Marula Oil honestly changed my life. At first I was skeptical of using oils since I already have oily skin but this is A HOLY GRAIL. My skin is EXTREMELY sensitive and at first, this did sting a little bit from using it once a week to every 3 days. It honestly made my skin look more youthful and eliminated all my acne and scars.

The only AHA/BHA blend that doesn’t break me out
My skin is super sensitive, has some dry patches and a bit of oil in the t-zone. I can get reactions from moisturisers and makeup. But let me tell you, changing my skin care regime to Drunk Elephant has been a Game Changer. The first time I tried this, I was nervous - my skins reacted immediately with redness and a slight burning sensation. What have I gotten myself into I thought? I went to bed annoyed with myself for spending so much money on something that would make my face look like surface of the moon. But imagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning looking like some blurred my skin with an IG filter?! My skin was smoother, more even toned, and just looked rosy. Months into it, I can tell you that this product would be one of the 3 items I would take on to a deserted island, next to the Lala moisturiser and SPF! What a miracle product! Love, love, love.

I'm officially a DE groupie.... sigh...
Heck yes, it's worth the hype. Heck yes, it's worth the cost. Heck yes, I/my mum got great results, especially with resurfacing under skin bumps (not zits, just weird lumpy things). It's super light in texture, so it sinks in to my skin almost immediately. In true DE style, I also have no issue with layering other products on top of TLC (either other DE products, or other brands like Dr Roebuck's No Worries moisturiser). It doesn't get gunky (my technical term for when you itch your face and get loads of gunky stuff under your nails), there's absolutely no scent (either pleasant or nasty), and it helped massively with these hated "elevenses" that I was developing between my eyebrows. It just seemed to smooth my skin out and help plump up the little craters that had started to develop there. (And I still frown constantly, so it's not like I've just relaxed my face lol). DE is just great. Everything I've tried to date, I've loved. So has my mum (who's in her sixties, with super dry skin and who also had those weird lumpy things I spoke about at the start. Incidentally, they disappeared after ONE application, and she'd had them several months). (I'm 39 with normal/slightly sensitive skin, and a little t-zone/oily, especially in the summer).

My love
This one is my hero for problem skin (received in the Goody Bag). I think I will repurchase. One-night results - bravo.

Not sure if it’s worth it
It is indeed moisturizing and I don’t get any irritation, but I don’t really see much improvement in my skin texture or reduce in blackheads... Not sure if it’s worth the money.

Meh
I like Drunk Elephant enough as a brand but this had almost no noticeable effect on my skin. I do however qualify that by saying I'm used to far more intense exfoliating treatments (P50, the occasional chemical peel) so perhaps this is worth using as an entry into chemical exfoliants.

Effective but pricy
I have been using this product for 2 weeks, and the hefty price tag does give me some pause. However, I haven't found anything better for evening the texture of my skin and clearing blackheads. I think this has also helped to clear some scarring from old blemishes. I have sensitive skin and have seen good results using this every night.

AMAZING!!!
I love almost all drunk elephant products, but this serum is my absolute favorite! It’s a must for acne prone skin, I use it almost every night with a drop of the virgin murula oil, before my moisturiser. It’s great, I love it my skin is almost always clear ever since I started using it.
