The oil is cold-pressed using a patented process of unheated water extraction, which ensures that the oil remains nutrient-dense and stays fresh for longer; its also straight from the pip of the marula fruit, untouched by any chemical or fragrance, leaving it in its purest form. Luxurious And Light
I am not at all a fan of having anything greasy feeling on my face and never thought I would absolutely love an oil until trying the Drunk Elephant Marula oil. It blends in and mixes so nicely with my other Drunk Elephant products, without leaving a greasy feel or shiney face. I can't imagine not having it as part of my skin routine.

This is such a nice fave oil, maybe one of the most delicate I’ve tried. When I had a bad skin-burn from retinol, this was the only product my skin would tolerate and it helped to heel me faster.

Low expectations but am really impressed
I bought this as a bit of an experiment, but I have to say I love it. I now use the retinol version daily, but this really got my skin through a harsh winter and you can use more or less (you don't need much, so it lasts!) as needed. It's lovely mixed with a cream moisturiser (I use protini which is nice as it's light to blend, but I think you can use others). It's lovely going on the skin, but not oily. Moisturises well, but I can put makeup on pretty quickly after applying. Really recommend it if you want a flexible product that allows you to boost skin care through winter, after damage or dry patches. It's also perfect if you use a glycolic treatment to stop any reactions and care for the skin.
