Use a pea-sized amount, as the first step in your daily routine. Warm the balm between your palms until it transforms into an oil. Massage over your face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips with water and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cleansing cloth.

Very nourishing balm, but I'm a little disappointed.
It doesn't remove make-up completely. Many residues remain on the make-up remover pad after a second washing (applying the balm and emulsifying it with water). It's not my favorite.

Best balm ever!
This is the best balm I've ever experienced. I use it without fail, completely converted! The fragrance gives you a sense of having a spa treatment and the texture melts beautifully into the skin. I tried many cleansing balms, but this one is the only balm I keep repurchasing. It perfectly removes make-up, does not irritates my sensitive eyes. I love its smell and texture, it's really perfect for me. I also like that Elemis is very generous, I often receive this balm as a gift.
