Suprisingly effective
Got this product with the advent calendar, since then repurchased big size version. Suprisingly good and effective product. Takes away all makeup very gently. Even stubborn makeup. Love it!

My favourite cleansing balm of all time
The scent is not too strong and delicious. The texture is perfect. Melts even eye make up and sunscreen. You don't need much product to clean your face, so it lasts about 4 months.

I had seen this balm on Instagram so many times, and longed after it. I had no idea it was sold in the UK, but decided to google it one day and discovered it was on here! It smells like lemon meringue, is not greasy like most balm cleansers and it just melts makeup away. You only need a small blob too. Will definitely be replacing this once it’s used and really want to try more Farmacy products now!

Best make-up melting cleanser
To be honest I like a cleansing products that strips all the oils from my skin, what a guilty pleasure! I knew I needed to be nicer for my skin and since this is a well known holy-grail for many, wanted to try it out. It's great, no, it's amazing! Especially on make-up days I would not dare to clean with a stripping cleanser but let this balm do its magic on my skin and melt the make-up away. I use my make-up eraser to remove it all and strangely enough I do not feel like I need another cleanser. It does his job so well and so gently. Love it, a must have on make-up days!

Blackhead saviour
I've suffered with blackheads on the nose and chin for 20 plus years despite cleansing twice a day AND trying every cleanser out there. OMG after 2 cleanses my blackheads are no more. I've never used any skincare product and seen results so quickly. SOLD.

BEST CLEANSER I HAVE EVER USED
I’m a big fan of the makeup removers that take little effort and very little mess. Usually I use makeup wipes, but most leave my skin irritated from the scrubbing and the chemicals burn my eyes. This is BY FAR the best I have ever used. The smell is pleasant, it applies to dry skin and wipes off with a damp washcloth with ease. It gets ALL the stubborn makeup off with little effort. Plus it leaves my skin soft and hydrated. If anything the only downside is that if you run it on your eye makeup and little too hard it’ll get in your eyes and make your vision filmy for a few minutes, but it doesn’t irritate them at all. It just takes a little while to blink away. This will be my holy grail makeup remover for the rest of time.

Changed my skin...
I initially used this in conjunction with another cleanser in my PM routine, but have since opted for just a single cleanse with Green Clean instead. It smells gorgeous and has citrus/lime sort of scent to it, while being so soft to the skin. It really does melt away everything (and I wear quite heavy makeup) and is a joy to use at the end of the day! My skin has cleared up considerably since I introduced this cleanser to my routine, with the only slight downside being it goes out of stock so quickly!

My favourite
I first tried this on my wedding day, my makeup artist packed my face on with everything under the sun for a full on glam look. I wanted my makeup removal to be plain sailing, and I tried this for the first time and fell in love. It took off stubborn waterproof mascara, eyeshadow, foundation, you name it, it came off pretty easily! I also like the smell, it hasn't bothered me up until this day. I apply it with the spatula provided, and rub it in to my skin, it melts beautifully, and when all the colours mix together, you do look like a clown, but once washed off, its amazing. It leaves my skin feeling soft too! Will definitely be repurchasing this!
