A good lip balm! It's not sticky. It smells nice, not like some chemical weird smell and taste that some coconut products have. Not too strong smell. Yet, just enough to be pleasant. Not a strong taste like the sugar lip treatments. Not too heavy, yet stays on the lips. Overall, I can tell that Fresh is a good brand that shows quality.

Underwhelming
With all the hype around this lip balm and the hefty price, I was expecting something more. Most disappointing was the packaging, my lip balm arrived with the product leaking out and most of it on the lid... not the condition you would want a luxury product to arrive in. The caramel scent was a bit of a let down as instead it's got more of a lemon/citrusy smell to it. This is no doubt moisturising, but I think a lot of other high-end brands create better lip balms for lower prices.

The best lip balm ever!
This is my holy grail lip balm, so worth the £15 price tag. Fantastic to use under matte lipsticks/liquid lipsticks as it keeps your lips moisturised all day. I’m on my second pot of caramel, and I cannot wait to try the coconut one once I’ve ran out. Thank you Fresh, can’t wait to try more of your skincare!

It is very nice in texture, very pleasant to smell - although it doesn’t smell like caramel - more like an orange. The only bad thing is it doesn’t last long.
